Alixa Cloud was founded in 2024 by data engineer Alan Guillermo Farias. In 2026, Alixa Cloud was reorganized as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alixa International Group, Inc., subsequently going public via an initial public offering (IPO). Alixa Cloud is the largest subsidiary of Alixa International Group, Inc., a holding company for Alixa International Group's assets and interests; Alan owns 70% and Google owns 30%.
